TriOpz Consulting, a dba of SV Meditrans, Inc., for more than 23 years we have helped mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations fix the operational problems that slow growth. These include aging applications, scattered data, hard-to-fill roles, and infrastructure that can’t keep up.
We work across three connected disciplines: Business, Development, and Systems Operations. Experience has taught us that fixing one in isolation rarely lasts:

Dr. Dinesh Moses Chief Executive Office
Dinesh Moses brings an unusual combination to TriOpz: medical training, an MBA, and more than 25 years of building and running businesses in the United States.
He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) in India before moving to the U.S. in 1999. He has worked in business ever since, and earned his MBA from the University of Houston in 2009. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). That clinical background shapes how he leads: diagnose the root cause first, then fix the system rather than the symptom.
Across his career, Dinesh has led operations in healthcare and technology services. Through Medronix, a sister brand under SV Meditrans, he built revenue-cycle, clinical documentation, and authorization-processing operations. That work reduced administrative workload for physicians and improved efficiency in medical and dental billing. He also manages global sourcing and staffing delivery across the U.S. and India.
At TriOpz, Dinesh focuses on mapping complex workflows, finding bottlenecks, and applying automation, talent, and infrastructure to produce measurable cost and performance results. His guiding principle runs through every engagement: build the operational system first, then the technology that runs it.
Having lived and worked in Texas for 22 years and now in California, he leads TriOpz’s growth across both of its core markets.
