About TriOpz
TriOpz Consulting, a dba of SV Meditrans, Inc., was founded in 2002 and has spent more than two decades helping organizations solve the operational problems that sit underneath growth: outdated applications, unmanaged data, understaffed teams, and infrastructure that wasn’t built for today’s traffic. We describe our work as three connected disciplines: Business, Development, and System operations because in our experience, fixing one in isolation rarely lasts. A new application still fails without the workforce trained to run it; a workforce still struggles without infrastructure that’s reliable; infrastructure still costs too much without the data visibility to manage it well. TriOpz was built to own all three together for clients who would otherwise be coordinating three separate vendors.
As a certified Women-Owned Small Business, TriOpz also serves as a supplier-diversity partner for enterprise and public-sector procurement programs giving our clients a way to meet diversity-spend goals without compromising on delivery quality or accountability.
Today, that same discipline extends beyond consulting: TriOpz has built its own software products including ZippyDox, an electronic patient care reporting platform for the emergency medical transport industry, and PolyOps, a timesheet and workforce tracking tool because solving the same operational problems repeatedly for clients eventually turns into products worth productizing.

Dr. Dinesh Moses leads TriOpz Consulting with a background that combines clinical training with over two decades of operational and business-development leadership. His work centers on analyzing complex workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending automation and system enhancements that align execution with measurable cost and performance outcomes.
With more than 4.5 years managing RFA (Request for Authorization) processing at Medronix, Dr. Moses contributed directly to streamlining patient-care and reimbursement workflows developing support systems that reduced administrative workload for physicians and improved efficiency across medical and dental billing operations. That healthcare-operations background, paired with expertise in global sourcing and business development, shaped TriOpz’s approach: build the operational system first, then the technology that runs it.
